DUFFS BOTTOM, Tortola, VI- The second game in the Best-of-Three playoffs between Pure Playaz and Medics in the Hon Julian Fraser Save the Seed National Basketball League turned out to be a 3-point shooting practice session for Pure Playaz elite player Ray D. Victor on October 30, 2019.

Victor sunk nine 3-pointers for his game high 35 points as Pure Playaz completed an expected sweep of Medics at the Save the Seed Energy Centre in Duffs Bottom, Tortola.

Pure Playaz marched out 104-79 winners to set up a duel with 79 in their first game of the second round of playoffs at the same venue on Friday, November 1, 2019.

Victor also had 7 rebounds, 3 steals and 4 assists on a dominant night for Pure Playaz, the 2018 finalists.

Romain Minott supported with 17 points, Lyle W. Duggins 11 and Rowan Victor and Steve E. Parillon 10 each.

Shaquille Lewis gave a solid showing for Medics, netting 28 points and 12 rebounds in a losing effort.

Daniel Findlay scored 21 points, including seven 3-pointers.

The other teams through to the second round of playoffs are defending champions Bayside Blazers and Skillful Ballers.
