The government can fork over money for CCTV for dumpsters but when the criminals were gunning down our people, no cameras were put up....weird!! But hey, maybe trash is more important than your citizens.

Better they pay a truck to collect bulk waste one or twice a month.

Still need resources to hunt down the individuals and fine them.

The waste will still be an issue.

What is the purpose of cameras at the dumpsites? What would be the penalty for those caught on camera? Will they be charged for trespassing or criminal damages of property? Will they be issued a ticket? Is the purpose to secure the dumpsite from illegal dumping? Is the purpose to secure the site to minimize the fires on the dumpsite? Maybe having security on site might be effective and may help to provide employment.
