“I’m delighted to welcome Mrs Harrigan-Underhill to HLSCC,” President of the HLSCC, Dr Richard E. Georges, said via a post on Facebook on Tuesday, January 11, 2022.

Dr Georges added: “She is an outstanding choice as the first Director of our new Institute of Education, bringing a wealth of experience from leadership roles at the territory’s largest secondary school, and experience in the sector both locally and internationally,” he said.
The post stated that Mrs Harrigan-Underhill has more than 27 years of experience in education and 10 years in progressive leadership positions.
She has a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration at Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor in Business Teacher Education at the Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
