RVIPF warns of increase in attempted theft from vehicles
The RVIPF in a press release today, September 18, 2023, said it strongly advises residents to take proactive measures to safeguard their vehicles by ensuring all doors and windows are securely locked, especially when left unattended in parking lots during the day and night.

Residents are also reminded to ensure that valuables remain concealed from view.
The public is also asked to be on the lookout for individuals loitering and acting suspiciously in or around parking lots.
Persons with information can contact the Police through its 311-access number.
“Your cooperation is vital in maintaining the safety and security of our community,” the RVIPF stated.
