ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- At least two videos have been circulating on social media of a brawl involving at least six women in the area of Road Town known as Crabbe Lot or ‘The Ghetto’.

It is not clear when exactly the videos were taken or how long the females were fighting for; however, the women had to be held back by a number of men while others just stood around watching or taking videos.

On a few occasions, rocks, bottles and umbrellas had to be taken away from some of the women.

At one point of the more than 2-minute videos, a woman was hit in the head with a chair by someone who was not initially part of the fight and who then ran away.

It is not clear at this time what caused the fight and whether alcohol consumption was a contributing factor.

It also did not appear that anyone was seriously hurt.

Police Information Officer Diane L. Drayton at the time of publication was unable to confirm whether any report was made to police and whether anyone has been arrested.

    Police don't have to investigate the matter them come from where ever the come to the ghetto and get what them look for and when the fight done them go home and come back with more ppl to fight the ghetto girls and mom, daughter and friends need to keep out the ghetto with the sh*t your head when you hit all

    I use the term "WOMEN" quite loosely in this one. FEMALES maybe would have been better. BATTLE AXE and HEFFALUUMPS could have worked too.

      Such a shame to see the duo fighting. And the daughter have a young child and out getting on like this! Mother definitely not setting an example. I pray that the child/children of these wayward parents get the nurturing and guidance that they need. If not from the parents, from who ever they are entrusted to. And that girl should behave herself because if I am not mistaken she has been before the courts on more than one occasion. SMH
