“I bought tickets all the time, I think I spent roughly about $2,000 on tickets. That was just my luck man I playing these all the time, it’s the first I ever win anything,” he added.

When questioned on his intentions for his prize, he disclosed that he intends to sell it but would do so at a discounted price.
The happy winner is encouraging others to follow his lead and buy as many tickets as possible to up their chances at winning.

Not everyone has over $ 2,000 to spend on raffle tickets when there are bills to be paid.

This unfair...isn't he a member of the horse owners association? How was he allowed to be a part of their Own raffle? Members of the association was not to be allowed to play in their own raffle jus for transparency purposes. See he won and he said he don't need it he will sell it...if he didn't need it why didn't he tell them pull another name, instead he said he will sell it...money probably going right back in the horse owners purse because it was set up to be this way...utternonsense
