Registration can be done via forms available for downloaded via the League’s Facebook Page or collected from the Chairwoman, Mrs Kharid T. Fraser, by calling 1284-546-2637.

Completed forms for both the Junior and Senior categories can then be delivered to the Hon Julian Fraser’s Sea Cows Bay Office located west of the Valerie O. Thomas Community Centre (in the grey two-storey building), between 2:00pm and 6:00pm, Monday through Friday.

The release notes that teams will not be considered registered unless payment of $200.00 is made ‘per team’ participating in any division.

7^th year of excitement

Back for its 7th year, the popular Hon Julian Fraser Save the Seed Basketball League will stage its 2019 season from August 24, 2019, to November 3, 2019.

As usual, the League will host both Senior and Junior Divisions, however, this season the Junior Division will be ages 13-16, unlike previous years.

The League was founded in 2013 by Hon Julian Fraser RA, who is the Third District Representative in the Virgin Islands House of Assembly, along with Bishop John I. Cline, the founder of the Save the Seed Energy Centre in Duff's Bottom, Tortola.

Over the years, there have been four championship teams with one team winning twice. These are, 2013 - Ruff House, 2014 - Bayside Blazers, 2015 - West Gunners, 2016 - Splash Brothers and the 2017/18 season went to the Bayside Blazers once again.
