Raymond Harrison guilty of child porn, unlawful sex & rape

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - The in-camera trial of 38 year old Raymond Harrison came to an end this afternoon July 11, 2014 with the jury returning with a guilty verdict.

The High Court trial was presided over by Justice Vikki Ann Ellis. The charges were three unlawful sexual intercourse with, and rape of a girl under the age of 16 years and possession of child pornography.

Harrison, a Jamaican National who resided on the sister Island of Anegada committed the acts against the young girl in March of 2013. He was represented by Attorney At Law Patrick Thompson as Senior Crown Counsel Valston Graham prosecuted for the Crown.

Harrison will be back in the High Court on July 18, 2014 at which time he is expected to be sentenced.

    I can't imagine being castrated, but that is what he and other men like him need. So since we live in a civilized society, that have no room for perverted animals like this man, just send him back to Jamaica. Let them deal with him. He is not an asset to our community, get rid of him. You hear me Mr. Governor. Deport this man.
