ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – After the washing out of the playoff matches on April 16, 2017, in the FLOW Superfast LTE T20 Cricket Tournament, the local cricket board has decided to replay the fixtures.

The decision taken at Board Level is in the best interest of cricket, according to a press release from the Association and within the rules of domestic cricket as it pertains to the BVICA and its members.

“The Board has elected to replay the rained-out fixtures from Sunday 16, April, 2017 on Sunday 23rd march, at the same scheduled times,” stated the release.

The BVICA Domestic Cricket Rules allow for the Board to re-arrange cancelled matches if the schedule allows

The release further states that if the games are not completed this Sunday after either a full 20 overs game, a five over per side minimum or a super over contest, the team that finished higher in the regular season standings will be declared the winner.

The new schedule now includes the winner of this weekend’s games playing the VG Spartans in Division One and RTW CC. in the Premier division

Sunday April 23-      11.00am - Under the Tree v Island Stars

                                   2.30pm - Vincy v Royal Knights

Sunday April 30-      11.00am - Under the Tree / Island Stars v VG Spartans
