Pure Playaz undefeated; Bayside Blazers struggling in 2019 Hon Fraser League

DUFF’S BOTTOM, Tortola, VI- Following their convincing win over Nex on Sunday September 8, 2019, Pure Playaz- the 2018 Runners Up- are the only undefeated team in the 2019 Hon Julian Fraser Save the Seed Basketball League.

Pure Playaz have won all three of their games, including victory over defending champions Bayside Blazers and Skillful Ballers.

They now face Medics from 6:30pm today, September 13, 2019 and Momentum from 8:00pm on Sunday, September 15, 2019.

Defending Champions Bayside Blazers; however, are having a rough start to the league, having lost 3 of their 4 games played so far.

Their last game was on Sunday September 8, 2019 when they suffered a heartrending 125-120 loss to 79 in triple overtime at the Save the Seed Energy Center.

This weekend will have to be one of redemption for the two-time champs as they face Young Empire from 8:00pm this evening and Medics from 6:30pm on Sunday.
