Mr Premier please to compare the roads in St. Kitts to those in the BVI.
I have been here for 43 years and no improvements with the roads in the BVI.

While you are in SK, Take a look at the two huge Cruise Pier that holds 4 large Ships eadily, Also take a look at the Road see how wide and smoothe they are, then ask yourself. Is BVI realy progressing. The BVI that was in the Off shore Banking and Cruiseship game way before, the BVI that was once known as the richest Island per size and population in the 80s and 90s. Answer this. Are you please with the BVI progress.?
