Police ‘determined’ to bring Long Bush shooter(s) to justice- RVIPF
The shooting, which occurred in the vicinity of a nightclub around 10:30 PM, claimed the life of 26-year-old Azim R. Yonnas of Butu Mountain.
The RVIPF in a press release on September 4, 2023, said Yonnas was shot by an unknown assailant(s) who subsequently fled the scene.
Police said the victim was transported to Dr D. Orlando Smith Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
Police ‘determined’ to bring shooter(s) to justice
“Officers of the Major Incident Team are determined to bring the perpetrator(s) to justice,” the RVIPF stated in the press release.
