ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Persons in the Virgin Islands (VI) who interact with cruise ship crews and passengers are being ‘strongly' encouraged to get vaccinated or face twice-monthly COVID-19 tests, according to recently released Cabinet minutes.

According to the minutes of the Cabinet Meeting of November 5, 2021, chaired by Mr John J. Rankin, CMG and held at the Financial Services Commission’s Conference Room, the decision comes as changes have been made to the Cruise Protocol and Operation Plan.

According to the Minutes, Cabinet, “Decided that persons who interface with Cruise Passengers and crew be strongly encouraged to become fully vaccinated, and if they are not fully vaccinated, be strongly encouraged to undertake bi-monthly testing.”

The new cabinet-backed move means that persons such as taxi operators, bus drivers, persons vending and working at tourism-based shops etc are now being urged to consider vaccination as an option.

More changes to entry requirements

Meanwhile, fully vaccinated cruise passengers who embark on a cruise vessel with a negative PCR or Antigen test, where the VI is their first port of entry will have free movement throughout the Territory and a removal of the 24-hour and on arrival testing.

However, fully vaccinated cruise passengers for whom the BVI is not their first port of call and who have not had an antigen test within 48 hours of arrival in the BVI, will need to take a COVID-19 test to leave their bubble.

Cabinet has also removed the requirement for vaccination dates and other medical records, which are not kept by the Cruise Lines as per the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) laws in the USA, since it prohibits maintaining or storing of medical records with third parties.

      How many times do you need to be told? Getting the vaccine reduces significantly the chances of passing on and contracting the virus.
      There’s still a slight chance. That’s why even vaccinated people don’t want to be around unvaccinated people. It’s so simple.

Did you not see the interview when he was questioned about the vaccine and he said that even though vaccinated one can still get it and contract it? You need to do research and stop listening to all the lies that are being propagated to carry out this evil Global Agenda (One World Order) They said, take the two shots to go back to normal, now they come back saying that the two shots cannot protect you from the Delta variant so you need a booster!! My God!! As God to remove the veil from off of your eyes!! How many shots can a human being take into their body in the space of months??? And to top it off they are saying that you will not be considered "Fully vaccinated" if you don't take the booster.

It is time for common sense to click in,not diploma's and degree's. Beware of deceivers,the heart of men will become really wicked. Name anything good that this mrna vaccine has created and list them. (none) Name anything bad = serious adverse reactions, death, bribery,Job loss, lies (going back to normal),tyranny etc. all over the world.     If the Vaccines work and the cruise people are fully vaccinated, what is the stress about ? They don’t need to worry, and you don’t need to worry. You only worry because you know even if they are vaccinated for hey can sill spread or carry the virus. So the vaccines don’t work. That why you all are afraid.

    Can the Ministry of Health start testing vaccinated people for HIV and Red Blood cells deficiency. This information is creating concern in mostly highly vaccinated countries. Please cover all grounds while its early and make sure we dont repeat a similar Tuskeegee Experiment.
