As usual. Anyways it is a simple lack of maintenance. That build hasn't been maintained eversince it was erected

WE HAVE TO CHECK OUT THESE TALL BUILDINGS IN THE CITY , IF THE PEOPLE WHO BUILT THEM WITHOUT PROPER FOUNDATIONS , OR USED A LOT OF SHORT CUTS TO GET THE JOB DONE QUICKLY , ( EARTHQUAKES ) WILL EXPOSE THEIR NEGLIGENCE OR INCOMPETENCE , HOPEFULLY NO ONE WILL LOSE THEIR LIFE BECAUSE OF THEIR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE OR FAILING TO EXERCISE SOUND JUDGEMENT IN CONSTRUCTIVE CONSIDERATIONS IN BUILDING PROCEDURES AND GUIDELINES , WHEN USIND THOSE PILES IN LAND FILLED AREAS / THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD HAVE COMPETENT INSPECTORS WITH INTEGRITY TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS DONE PROPERLY ,

People fail to realize that that building was erected more than 20 years ago. The building's entire exterior, which is solid concrete as I recall, has held up well. The only issue I see with that building is that the exterior, like most other buildings in the BVI, can use some good maintenance. Glad nobody was hurt from the fallen debris.

Which agency is conducting a structural integrity of this building?? Who sign off that this building was complete,,useable, safe, secure, etc ? Is there a an occupational safety and health agency in the the VI? If no, one is needed? The VI is no longer a horse and donkey locale;it is growing international locale and health and safety must be given a priority.
