I’m pretty sure the bus got that booster shot. I think it’s inhumane to experiment on the vehicle when we have humans to test it on.

Was wondering if all vehicles being used as a public conveyance or being used in the tourism industry are inspected ,approved and certified by a relevant authority before being able to operate on our roads. Too many incidents involving these means of transport during our Tourist Season. Collisions are caused they don't happen. My encouragement to you in the above mentioned businesses is to get your vehicle regularly serviced including brakes and tires....it would not hurt to have a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher on board as well

The DMV and insurance should make it law ( mandotary) that each vehicle operating in the bvi should
    (1) always have a working fire extinguisher in the vehicle
    (2) a cone( to use when attending the vehicle to change a flat or other minor mechanical issues
    (3) a reflector jacket to complete the above task
    (4) a first aid kit

The driver and passenger was safe. People is turning this into a joke. Suppose the van had gone up in flames with the driver and passenger inside and they could not get out of the burning van. There is nothing funny about that. One set of shameless no morality people.
