ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Fans looking forward to the mouth-watering clash between Guns and VG Bayside Blazers in the BVI Basketball Federation (BVIBF) National 'District' League will have to wait a little longer as the game scheduled for this evening, September 19, 2021, is no longer on.

The BVIBF, in an 'urgent announcement' today, said only two games will be played at Multi-Purpose Sports Complex.

The first encounter is between bay Youths and 3D in the Youth Division from 7:00pm.

The second game is a matchup between A's and Mega Mix from 9:00pm.

The BVIBF did not say why the VG Bayside Blazers versus Guns clash has been taken off the schedule for this evening.

Conflicting reports from referees

Guns advanced to the second round of playoffs after the game with East Rockers 2.0 was forfeited due to a major brawl last night.

Meanwhile, unconfirmed reports are that there are now conflicting reports regarding the outcome of the Guns/East Rockers 2.0 game from the referees.
