One VI agenda has place for everyone including Skelton-Cline – Hon Malone
Hon Malone was at the time speaking as a guest on the April 18, 2023, edition of the Honestly Speaking show on ZBVI 780 AM.
“At the end of the day we all want a better Virgin Islands and I think that you'll come right home, and I have no doubt about that. We will be able to have you in the fold and because in the Virgin Islands that we're building, this one VI agenda, you'll be part of that programme,” Hon Malone added
He said moving forward, his government will look at bringing all the various factions in the Virgin Islands together since everyone is needed to make the VI a better place.
In 2019, Mr Skelton-Cline was a strong Virgin Islands Party (VIP) supporter and appeared on their campaign platforms and pushed the VIP as the government for the VI.
Mr Skelton-Cline has said in the current geopolitical season of the VI, he is no longer identifying as a member of the Virgin Islands Party (VIP).
'Fast Track' belongers can now move on - Hon Malone
Meanwhile, Hon Malone said to see the House of Assembly being dissolved only to have legislators return to get some issues validated was an important and necessary one.
“And we did it, we did it knowing that we were right in the first place, we followed that advice and I think that it is proper that folks who followed the law, needed their status, got this status and now they can now move on,” he said.
On the advice of Governor John J. Rankin, CMG, in consultation with Premier Dr the Hon Natalio D. Wheatley (R7), the 4th House of Assembly (HOA) was on April 17, 2023, recalled to validate the status of 688 persons who were granted simultaneous Belongership and Residency Certificates under the Government’s 'Fast Track Programme', when they should have had a certificate of residency for at least 12 months.

1) Leaving our teachers & children of ESHS in poor health condition facilities and tents years after Irma so a ridiculous rent of more than $60k a month be paid to party supporter.
2) Million dollar questionable cost and procedure wall while the school buildings were in need of serious repairs.
3) $8million plane heist and no plane or flights up to now but the money has flown away.
4) $100million over run pier Park project where the money sailed away in the sea although all didn't went in the project it looks good.
5) About eighty rich upper class status quo people who lived in the BVI less than 5yrs getting residency and belongers in 2019 right before the last elections and voted while leaving out the Carribean people who were living in BVI for many many years. No audit or COI or otherwise on this.
6) Multimillion dollar spent to purchase an incinerator which never worked properly up to now and came without all the parts which were since paid for again and again and still never reach to BVI while the people suffer and get sick and died from the open burning the new incinerator was supposed to take care of.
7) An NHI scheme to make friends and family rich in a legal but unethical way while the people get shaft with Healthcare and how much care they can get.
8) Failure to fix the L-shape building at ESHS and failure to build new facilities for our children and teachers to move out of the moldy building and tents in pasea.
9) Failure to build new primary school in JVD but left our teachers and children in a health hazard long after Irma.
10) Taking the East End/Long Look sewage money and illegally transfer it to the Pier project and leaving the people in the east swimming and walking in filt.
11) Taking $16 million from Social Security to fix the public roads. The roads are worse than ever and the money vanished and has never been properly accounted for to match up to what it was taken from SSB to do.
12) Leaving the people to suffer after Irma and all most of the aid left to spoil on the festival ground but give out business loans to friends and families only through trade where 95% who received the loans did not pay back a cent and the taxpayers had to do so while covering this up.
Let's stop there for now.
