Reading a lot of these names do not seem like they are from here.
If found guilty please put them on a plane out after sentence is served.
Too many coming here to live among us as doing crimes.

I would say that he and his political party has been most responsible for the presence of the violent, poor ,0illiterate expats that have been installed in these -VI,to its detriment. A sin against God and the peoples of the VI.

Yes, fully agree and that is how the system is supposed to work. In fact - if the sentence is under 6 months just send them "home" now. No sense in feeding them all that time if they will be leaving anyway...

99.5% of violent deadly and otherwise crimes in the VI are committed by expats or children of expats of a specific demographic, The prison is filled to capacity, including lifers. the police force manned by their brethren ,numbering in the hundreds are here to " police " them.
This is how we the VI honoured our ancestors and sinfully dishonored our God given Blessings.

How come the guy with the gun charges was given bail and I know some who were not given that privilege. I don’t understand the jaw here.

Exactly. People that were simply caught with firearms received 5 year sentences, no bail. This person actually used his firarm injuring an innocent bystander and was granted bail. Ridiculous
