Omar’s Café in West End being sold!
The Owners of the establishment have said the reason for the sale is “absolutely not COVID-19 related,” and the business has been successful with “solid financials, available upon signed confidentiality agreement,” according to an advertisement by the business.
The advertisement stated the reason for wanting to sell the business after operating it successfully for 13 years is because the “Owner is looking into another business venture.”
'Great Turn-key Operation'
The owners described the establishment as a ‘full-service café” and a “great turn-key operation with an existing client base that has consistently increased over time.”
It added: “Everything is in place to take over and take what has already been established and make it grow even more.”
The company also has four full-time staff and two part-time staff in their employ.
The restaurant is in a two-storey building with a storeroom upstairs and a downstairs restaurant that can seat 40 persons, and 60 on the outside.
