Oliver Terry & Katrina Lindsay win Carey Olsen Carrot Bay 5K



The two road runners made back-to-back wins in the series, having won the opening race, the City Circuit, on March 1, 2025.
Terry overcame a slight challenge by 5K series champion Jermaine A. Ricketts to win in 18:06.65.
Ricketts had to settle for second in 18:23.50, while Julius Farley took third in 18:56.74.
No competition for Lindsay
On the distaff side, Lindsay had no challengers on her way to winning in 20:04.07 and fourth overall.
A distant second, in 24:08.67, was the never aging Rosmond Johnson.
Third was Sarah Latham in 24:24.94.
The Carrot Bay 5k started and finished in front of the Carrot Bay Festival Grounds.
Runners started towards a turn cone at the foot of Windy Hill, returned through Carrot Bay, over Sugar Mill ‘speed bump’ through Apple Bay to a turn cone at the foot of Long Bay Hill, and returned for the finish.
The next race in the Carey Olsen Community 5K Series is the Beef Island Beach Breeze on April 12, 2025.
