BALTIMORE, Maryland, USA- Former Managing Director of the BVI Ports Authority (BVIPA) Oleanvine Pickering-Maynard and her son Kadeem S. Maynard are scheduled to be released from prison in a matter of days.

Both had pleaded guilty under a plea deal reached in June 2023 to conspiracy to import a controlled substance. The proffer agreements for the Maynards indicated that they, alongside former VI Premier Andrew A. Fahie, conspired with a confidential source of the Drug Enforcement Administration to smuggle thousands of kilograms of cocaine through Tortola waters.

In November 2023, Kadeem S. Maynard was sentenced to 4.75 years in jail for his role in the conspiracy.

Seven months later, his mother Oleanvine was sentenced to nine years and four months for her part in the scheme to allow ships carrying cocaine to use VI waters as safe harbour during their journey from Colombia to Miami.

Her sentencing had been delayed to facilitate her testimony against Mr Fahie during his 2024 trial.

Early release

According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), Maynard, 63, who is currently incarcerated at RRM Baltimore in Maryland, is scheduled for release on March 21, 2025.

Her son, Kadeem Stephan Maynard, 33, is to be released on April 1, 2025. He is being held at FCI Miami, a low-security federal prison in Florida.

Meanwhile, Mr Fahie, who was convicted in February 2024 on charges of conspiracy to import cocaine and money laundering, remains incarcerated at Jesup Federal Correctional Institution, a low-security federal prison in Georgia. He has a release date of June 4, 2033.

They really didn't want the mother and son. They wanted Fahie because he wouldn't play ball with them. This is as clear as a sunny day!

It's pretty clear that both Maynards and the "Coach" broke laws in the BVI too.
Why does nobody in government want to address that topic.

They are giving her an early release due to medical complications. They let Vybz out of prison because of medical complications not because he was innocent of the crime he was accused of committing.

Listen don’t speak on Vybz Kartel. He was released because he had and appeal and it was quashed!!!His paperwork was tampered with he never snitched to come out. Bud difference.

        TYSM for stating this

Y'all heard him Kartel didn't snitch meaning he didn't tell law enforcement about the crime and who was involved even if he may not hav done NTN he did not cooperate to bring justice

Thats the person singing to the youths! That's the person government bringing here with other criminal supporter's.

But y'all go on when the youths get even more unruly learning from y'all the rooster will come home to roost!! Just don't cry and complain and wonder what went wrong.

So when the youths kill a innocent bystander or old lady or anyone for a matter of fact and refused to "snitch" then don't blame them . They learn from y'all

        Clowns.

If you believe that, then you don’t know how this game works. Both of them RATTED out for time off, which means who or what was said lead them to what they needed. The problem with that as Rat they coming for you.

Once you cooperate with the FEDS and give them the information they are looking for, they will give you a break. When the FEDS came and took West Bank he did not snitch/or rat anyone out so they ship him back to Tortola. If Puff daddy give up names he may not have to go to prison for life.

I bet when we see the updated pictures of them when they return, they will be slimmer and trimmer. Andrew needs to also lose a lot of weight. He will no longer be a fat cat because he has until 2033 to trim down. How will all of them save face upon their returns? What a waste of time, they did this to themselves.

Ah yes while everyone pleaded guilty fahie still tryna fight with his greed and big ego. Now he's behind bars and the other out on early release. Ain't justice sweet?

And for all you fahie supporters fahie would sell you all to the kartels just for a crumb of coke but you'd still be in denial all after the kartels carry back to their home turf as a mule lol

Still glad USA got this case cuz bvi was would drop the ball intentionally. Real corruption.

She said she wanted to live in Miami so hopefully won't be back. He will be back and the crime statistics will go from bad to worse.
How do these criminals get off so lightly.
If she does come back it will give us all a chance to ask her who the other people are that were involved.
    • @Buzzbvi (14/03/2025, 12:50) Like (2) Dislike (0) Reply
Honestly, will she be allowed to live in Miami? Or is her and her son is two of the five from the BVI that is scheduled to be deported from the United States.I may be wrong but, just have to wait and see. If she comes back, things is going to be difficult for her even though she is from here. She is going to be looked down upon as a traitor and sell out to her Territory. And y’all know how this place stays/is. Miami is so large you can get lost in the crowd, here you can’t, to small and boxed in.
      • Hey BuzzVI (14/03/2025, 14:42) Like (0) Dislike (0) Reply
Unless she has a blue passport, standard practice in US is you do the time, then you get deported. If she can stay in US, best move far away from Miami IMHO

It's pretty obvious these two were used to coax Andrew into the stupid plot. Now their usefulness is up, why keep them and feed them? Let them go to the dogs. I hope they know what they've gotten themselves into.

AF showed he is easy to give in to peer pressure. All he had to do was send them spinning and report them to police same time. But nahhh, he raybin and couldn't resist the temptation
