NAGICO Insurances is VI’s 2024 Insurance Provider of the Year

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- NAGICO Insurances has been named the 2024 Insurance Provider of the Year by BVI Finance during its Financial Services Awards and Cocktail in December 2024.

According to a press release from the insurance company, the award was bestowed among a field of 15 companies and individuals recognized for setting unparalleled benchmarks in excellence and innovation.

The award the release continued serves as a resounding affirmation of NAGICO’s unwavering dedication to redefining the insurance landscape in the Virgin Islands (VI).

Managing Director Mr Shan Mohamed highlighted the significance of this award in an industry characterized by constant change and rising expectations.

"This award is a testament to our unwavering dedication and represents the validation of the principles and values that define NAGICO Insurances,” Mr Mohamed stated.

He added, "We embrace diversity as the cornerstone of our approach, crafting innovative and tailored solutions that speak to the unique needs of every individual and business we serve. Being celebrated as a leader in this dynamic industry motivates us to forge ahead with even greater passion and commitment to excellence in the BVI and beyond."

Public engagement and expert nominations

This year's awards process was a dynamic amalgamation of public engagement and expert industry nominations, generating nearly 3,000 votes and shining a spotlight on the collective voice of professionals and communities within the VI.

The emergence of NAGICO as Insurance Provider of the Year serves as a “testament not only to its steadfast commitment to empowering those it serves but also to its pivotal role in driving sector-wide progress, reinforcing the importance of inclusivity and adaptability in a competitive market,” the release added.
