Mysterious ‘Tattoo’ & ‘R.S.’ figures surface in Fahie court case
The trial is set to begin in a Miami court on January 8, 2024.
The St Thomas News Source on Christmas Day 2023, reported that, according to court documents, then-Premier Fahie allegedly discussed his preferred method of payment with a federal agent posing as a drug runner.
Mr Fahie reportedly said he had a regular guy who could facilitate bringing cash to Tortola by sea.
Someone named 'Tattoo' "moves anything that needs moving, whether it’s cocaine, whether it’s guns. He does everything," Fahie reportedly said in a secretly recorded meeting, according to court records.
The news source detailed that Fahie said he was “like a father” to 'Tattoo', according to court filings meant to preclude Fahie from claiming he was entrapped by US agents.
It added that whether 'Tattoo' was a code name or the actual moniker of someone close to Fahie was unclear while pointing to a reference to the Fantasy Island television show where the ‘Tattoo’ character heralded the arrival of guests.
Who is R.S. & Tattoo?
Both Fahie and co-defendant, BVI Ports Authority Director Oleanvine Pickering-Maynard were arrested separately in Miami however, arrested with Pickering-Maynard was another person identified in court records only as R.S.
Prosecutors want to exclude a statement R.S. made to Pickering Maynard while they were detained together: that Fahie was planning to have BVI officials seize the $700,000 and have the supposed drug smuggler arrested once they got back to Tortola.
The new details surface as the ex-Virgin Islands Premier Andrew A. Fahie's Attorney, Theresa M. Van Vliet, filed an eight-page list of proposed voir dire questions to ask potential jurors where several of the questions seek to determine whether potential jurors have formed any impressions or opinions of him.
“There are also questions about whether jurors have seen any media reports about Fahie or the case against him, and numerous other questions about the jurors’ personal background and connections to issues like law enforcement, drug trafficking, and moral beliefs that could impact their ability to render an impartial verdict,” the VI Daily News based in the USVI reported on December 14, 2023.

LOL Who would actually believe this? That Andrew Fahie was trying to play police with NO ONE on Local Law Enforcement involved?
All those times these big figure seizures were reported prior to Fahie’s arrest.
Looks like they were prearranged then the so-called seizures used for ill-profited gains and continued money laundering/smuggling.
At "It Don't Make No Sense" you sound quite un-educated with how the corrupt criminal mind works.
And lets look forward for better future.
And not looking back
