Mrs BVI organisation receives $15K from Premier’s Office ahead of Mrs Globe
Junior Minister for Tourism Honourable Luce D. Hodge-Smith (R4) presented the cheque on Friday, January 3, 2025, at a simple handover ceremony held at the Premier's Office.
"We are very pleased to present this cheque of fifteen thousand dollars to the organizers of Mrs BVI pageant and we wish the candidates every success as they gracefully and beautifully represent us in the Mrs Globe pageant when it takes place,” said Hon Hodge-Smith.
Fantastic show lined up
The organization's director Mrs Alicia Green in accepting the cheque along with Mrs Pauline Robinson revealed that three women will be introduced to the public come January 11 at a planned Dinner Show fundraiser to be held at Maria's By The Sea.
The Ambassadors/Queens being presented are the 2025 Mrs BVI, Mrs Classique and Mrs Curve.
"We have a fantastic show lined up including the candidates who will also be performing." Mrs Green said in encouraging support for the candidates.
