This place is a complete joke. Even when criminals are caught, they either receive lenient sentences or are set free.

Allowing responsible, law-abiding citizens to bear firearms is essential for enhancing personal safety and deterring criminal activity. When the public is legally empowered to carry firearms, it serves as a deterrent to would-be criminals who may hesitate to target individuals who are able to defend themselves. Moreover, it provides citizens with the ability to protect themselves and their families in situations where law enforcement may not be immediately available. Ensuring proper training and regulation can balance safety with individual rights, strengthening community security overall.

With progress, comes the good, bad and ugly. The VI has changed drastically from being a small, little sleepy hollow, communal bedroom community. The reality is that increased and changed in population growth is a contributing factor to the bad , ugly change. The rising crime rate is adversely impacting the quality of life. Residents must be aware of their surroundings, exercising extreme caution and not taking anything for granted. Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and in good operating condition. Be cautious and selective about giving people rides, especially late evenings and at night..

The VI does not manufacture any guns but it is flooded with guns. So how are they getting into the VI? They are getting either by sea or air. The VI coastline is extensive and leaks like a sieve,,particularly at night. Greater border protection along the coastline is needed; airports, too. More proactive police patrol is needed. Be safe out there. The good, the bad, and the ugly is a part and parcel of progress. Nonetheless,,we should embrace the good, and arrest the bad and the ugly.

When you see someone with a new piece of jewelry, assess the situation. Does that person have a job? Did someone in their family die and pass on that piece of jewelry? Did they present you with a gift they can't afford? If you have doubts, then chances are...you are looking at a big time thief.
