This is according to the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) in its Arrest Blotter for the period July 28- August 10, 2019.

The man was arrested and charged on August 2, 2019, and granted bail in the amount of $5,000 with one signed surety.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS

On 05-8-19 at 23:55 pm, Police arrested and charged Marshall Mcleod, 28 of Horse Path for Criminal Trespass and Giving False Name to the Police. He was granted bail in the amount of $5,000 with one signed surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on 29-10-19 at 09:00 am.

INDECENT ASSAULT

On 06-08-19 at 05:50 am, Police arrested and charged Victor Mudho, 47 of Belle Vue for Indecent Assault. He appeared before the Magistrate’s Court and was granted bail in the amount of $20,000 to reappear before the Magistrate’s Court on 03-10-19 at 09:00 am.

RECKLESS DRIVING

On 05-08-19 at 09:49 am, Police arrested and charged Colin Hutchinson, 33 of Free Bottom for Reckless Driving, Driving Without Driver’s License and Driving When Not Covered by Third Party Insurance. He was granted bail in the amount of $10,000 with one signed surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on 04-11-19 at 09:00 am.

FAILING TO GIVE A SPECIMEN OF BLOOD OR URINE

On 04-08-19 at 17:50 pm, Police arrested and charged Rudolph Victor, 61 of Long Trench for Failing to Give a Specimen of Blood or Urine for Laboratory Test. He was granted bail in the amount of $5,000 with one signed surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on 06-11-19 at 09:00 am.
