NDP’s grand rally wraps up carnival style!
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - A sea of red, white and blue invaded Road Town last evening when supporters of the National Democratic Party (NDP) danced, waved placards; bell and noise crackers and screamed as the candidates entered the Band Stand for the party’s final rally before voters go to the polls on November 7.
