Tech Voc programme in the works for inmates
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – By the third quarter of 2012, Government will be implementing a technical and vocational skills programme for inmates to learn a certifiable trade, declared Minister for Education and Culture Myron Walwyn in the House of Assembly (HOA) on Monday December 19, 2011.
