Julian Fraser, RA, in giving his words of support in the House of Assembly on December 21, 2011 to the appointment of Ayana Hull-Braithwaite as the Chairman of the Telecommunications Regulations Commission (TRC), warned that the TRC should not wait for the carriers to bring the technology to the Virgin Islands but that the TRC should always have a keen knowledge of what technology exists and let the carriers know that they are needed
