Premier flatly denies gov't involvement in contract splitting
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – While facing some tough questions during the eighth sitting of the second session of the second House of Assembly (HOA) yesterday, April 25, 2013 Premier and Minister of Finance Dr The Hon. D. Orlando Smith flatly denied that the government was involved in any form of contract splitting in any of its capital projects.
