‘I’m not running’- Neville ‘Sheep’ Smith
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- After much speculation that Mr Neville A. Smith aka Sheep was not going to contest the upcoming general elections even after his name was submitted by the various District Committees as a potential candidate for screening and nomination, Mr Smith has confirmed with Virgin Islands News Online that he will not be seeking to contest.
