This is according to the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) in its Arrest Blotter for the period July 21-27, 2019.

The man was arrested and charged on July 25, 2019 and granted bail in the amount of $5,000 with one signed surety.

Davis is to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on October 10, 2019, at 09:00am.

ASSAULT OCCASIONING ACTUAL BODILY HARM

On 22-07-19 at 21:19pm, Police arrested and charged Kevin Smith, 25 of Young Island for Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm and Destroying Property. He was granted bail in the amount of $5,000 with one signed surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on 31-10-19 at 09:00 am.

On 22-07-19 at 03:30am, Police arrested and charged Robert Henry, 47 of Vanterpool Estate for Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm. He was granted bail in the amount of $30,000 with one signed surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on 30-10-19 at 09:00 am.

On 26-07-19 at 08:20am, Police arrested and charged John Maduro, 44 of Greenland for Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm. He was granted bail in the amount of $5,000 with one signed surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on 31-10-19 at 09:00 am.

ARMED WITH AN OFFENSIVE WEAPON

On 26-07-19 at 21:00pm, Police arrested and charged Eddison Crooke, 26 of East End for being Armed with an Offensive Weapon. He was granted bail in the amount of $3,000 with one signed surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on 31-10-19 at 09:00 am.

THREATENING LANGUAGE

On 27-07-19 at 0600hrs, Police arrested and charged Jovonne Henry, 31 of Greenland for Threatening Language, Insulting Language and Indecent Language. He was granted bail in the amount of $3,000 with one signed surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on 10-10-19 at 090hrs.

FAILING TO GIVE NAME AND ADDRESS

On 21-07-19 at 2120hrs, Police arrested and charged Phillip Jacobs, 43 of Harrigan Estate for Failing to Give Name and Address and Resisting Arrest. He was granted bail in the amount of $2,000 with one signed surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on 23-10-19 at 0900hrs.
