I Rhodni Skelton of Serves Up BVI Ltd., now residing at Josiah’s Bay, Tortola do hereby give notice that it is my intention to apply to the Licensing Magistrate at the Special Sitting of the courts to be held in Road Town on the 2nd day of December 2024 for a restaurant license to sell intoxicating liquor at our premises situated at Josiahs Bay Beach on the island of Tortola in the Territory of the Virgin Islands, land registered at Parcel Number 334, 421 & 424 Block 3240A at Long Look Registration Section in the Land Registration of the Virgin Islands. Dated this 14 day of November 2024.
