LONG LOOK, Tortola, VI- The churches are also involved in the annual back-to-school giveaways. To this extent, Life Changing Outreach Ministry headed by Long Look resident Mrs. Micah Lettsome did her part.

The event that saw over 100 books, bags and other items being given away by the Outreach Ministry took place on Sunday, August 25, 2024, at the Sticket in Long Look.

Ms. Lettsome told our news centre that the event will be an annual one and she thanked all those who contributed to helping make the event a success.

Children & parents were happy

The event had over 100 children from the East End, Long Look area of Tortola, and every child was excited to receive something for the new school term.

Many other elected officials, non-government organizations, and other groups do annual back-to-school giveaways each year before the start of the Fall semester in the Virgin Islands.

      a function for long look which most kids were from other districts they registered their friends hardly any kids from the district received not well advertised..
