Kyle is right. Many of you are making stupid comments. If the driver was traveling at 20mph which is the required speed limit to drive in a community then he would have been able to stop the vehicle. Yes there are potholes but take your time and drive. Tortola is a small place what’s the rush.

What happen to the reflectors that use to be on the edge on the roads, what happen to the white line down the middle of the roads, what happen to the street lights, what happen to proper drainage on the roads, what happen to the sidewalks, Minister Rymer, WHAT HAPPENED?

    Leave Kye alone

Ask the one whose district is the worst and is always in a plane.

He's the one in charge of the people's purse.
