You people don’t follow the sport. One of his main rivals (Dos Santos) ran 46 seconds a few days ago. Kyron ran a sluggish 49 seconds. With the Olympics just a few months away he’ll have to get his act together fast to stand a remote chance of Medaling. And we haven’t see Warholm and Benjamin yet. That event is loaded.

I agree with you clowns. Your comment is real and it’s constructive criticism. There is no way to fancy this. he has to be on his game. But he is an awesome and from what I see, a very disciplined athlete and I wish him all the very best.

Why should Kyron run 46 now ? The Olympics final is in 3 months ! No need to show off now. Let Dos Santos, Warholm or Benjamin be the favourite, it's less pressure on Kyron.

Watch the race before you talk crap, that is why they run the races, anything can happen, do you remember false start, do you remember it's hurdles they are running so let's just run the races.

I did watch the race. He got beat by a B class athlete. 49 Seconds is a poor time for someone of his caliber. So for you all to celebrate this performance, you all clearly have not been following the event nor the people he has to compete against.

You clearly have no idea about the sport. His training programme leads solely to a race in Paris. The winner fell over in exhaustion whilst Kyron and Jamel stretched their legs. You dont drop it in a training fixture but you do need the tune up against your competition. Dos Santos ran a world leading 46.86 unnecessarily winning by almost 2 seconds but started his build up late and wanted the Doho record, maybe also to wind up Warholm? Going to be a great Olympics, some new challengers but for sure 46 will be required! (Kyron's PB 47.08)

Staying healthy is the key. That race in JA no problem.
