EAST END, Tortola, VI- A thirty-nine-year-old man of Old Plantation has been arrested and charged with Burglary in connection with a series of burglaries in the East End area.

The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) said Kurt Rabsatt is the individual who appeared before the Magistrate’s Court on Friday, March 21, 2025, on the charge of Burglary, following their investigations.

His arrest, police said, forms part of targeted efforts by the Criminal Investigations Department to address the recent increase in burglary-related offences in the district.

Bail offered

Rabsatt was offered bail for $20,000 and if granted he would be subjected to curfew conditions requiring him to remain at home between the hours of 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM daily.

“Should he be seen in public during curfew hours, members of the public are asked to contact the Police immediately at 311,” the RVIPF said in a press statement today, Saturday, March 22, 2025.

Again? I think everytime he is released he does the same thing. I saw him coming from the area just after the bridge heading to airport.. the little mountain which used to have a white gate . He had on a back pack and immediately I thought he was up to no good!

He was doing it for a while. He is so black, that he could easily hide anywhere with his clothes off—another menace to society that keeps causing damage every time he is released from prison. Good grief, this place is chaos!

I hope you all know “kleptomania “ is really a thing. CJ needs deep counseling to rid him of this mental health issue. CJ doesn’t need to be out stealing . He mentally needs help.

Locking him up won’t help rid him of it either.. as we have clearly seen.

Kleptomania my a$$. He needs somebody to find him stealing from them and whip his butt. You want some counselor to probe about his upbringing? Forget it.

She is already doing a great job, so why is all of this about "acting" as a COP and just making her COP? I know, they are waiting for someone from the UK to fill the position. I hope they don't expect her to train the newbie because if she can train them, then she is qualified to do the job!

Calvin Junior, also know as Kurt Rabsatt is a mental wreak man. Even since he was a small child, he has been, and presently an enemy of others and himself.
He does, need more, than prison time behind bars.
I do believe that he needs urgent serious mental health attention regularly while in prison. Not him only because in B.V.I especially approximately the past 25 years or qaaaaq

there about, eligible drugs use has spiked to a high level, especially among our youths, middle age , and even both gender over fifty years, and on a lesser count, over sixty plus years adults in the British Virgin islands. It has become a pandemic, and growing, daily unchecked.

However, CJ, and others and other eligible drugs abusers, must, and be held accountable for their foolish actions against the general public and other criminal actors, too. No doers of crimes against humanity shoulaQfa aaaabe overlooked, special life threatening ones, a those that aaahaa caused cesaAion of another person life
