Kittitian Andreas Norford the latest charged for Kemo A. Lettsome's murder
According to the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF), the murder charge was made on Monday, July 8, 2024, by officers of the Major Incident Team
Norford is currently an inmate at His Majesty’s Prison.
On April 24, 2024, Vernon Bernard and Jelani Marquis were also charged with this crime.
“The charging of Norford underscores the RVIPF's commitment to bringing perpetrators to justice. Acting Commissioner of Police Jacqueline Vanterpool commends the diligent efforts of the officers involved and expresses gratitude for their unwavering dedication to ensuring public safety,” the RVIPF stated in a press release.

While the investigation is still ongoing, the RVIPF assures the public that every effort is being made to gather all necessary evidence.
“We will continue to provide updates as they become available while respecting the investigation's integrity. The RVIPF expresses gratitude to the community for its support and cooperation throughout this investigation,” Police added.
