Kittitian Andreas Norford the latest charged for Kemo A. Lettsome's murder

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Kittitian Andreas Norford is now the latest to be charged in relation to the April 30, 2023, killing of Kemo A. Lettsome of Long Look, Tortola.

According to the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF), the murder charge was made on Monday, July 8, 2024, by officers of the Major Incident Team

Norford is currently an inmate at His Majesty’s Prison.

On April 24, 2024, Vernon Bernard and Jelani Marquis were also charged with this crime.

“The charging of Norford underscores the RVIPF's commitment to bringing perpetrators to justice. Acting Commissioner of Police Jacqueline Vanterpool commends the diligent efforts of the officers involved and expresses gratitude for their unwavering dedication to ensuring public safety,” the RVIPF stated in a press release.

Investigations ongoing - Police

While the investigation is still ongoing, the RVIPF assures the public that every effort is being made to gather all necessary evidence. 

“We will continue to provide updates as they become available while respecting the investigation's integrity. The RVIPF expresses gratitude to the community for its support and cooperation throughout this investigation,” Police added. 

The RVIPF is encouraging anyone with additional information about this matter or any other murder within the territory to contact the Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-8477(TIPS) or the RVIPF Intelligence Department at 368-9339.

      Probably have Evidence on him with a phone n he was the 1 to setup the play n players to do this demonic kinda work....calls and texts are not encrypted....so the police can get what they need

      There are some differences between conspiracy and joint enterprise. If the DPP charged for conspiracy, she must have evidence to prove that there was an agreement among the offenders. The conviction would not be for the resultant offence (murder), it would be for the agreement (the conspiracy). For joint enterprise, the DPP would only need to prove that each of the parties played a role in the crime and the conviction would be for the resultant offence and not their roles. For example, if one offender provided the weapon to another who then ends up killing the victim, both would be tried for the murder which is the result of their joint enterprise. I believe the DPP has evidence to prove joint enterprise, not conspiracy.

    Something just dont seems right here. I hope that I'm wrong. When Kemo got murdered, Norford should have been an inmate at the prison. Did someone allow him to come out and reenter the prison as it is said to be the practice. Food for thoughts

      He can be charged if he was in any way implicated. murder is a text, a phone call away, etc. Phones are normal on that hill. And Vernon was a neighbor to this dude while he was up there for murder himself. murders like the same company. You got to understand you don't have to pull the trigger to get a murder charge even when a knife is involved. You just have to be involved in some manner, even verbally. That led to someone's else demise. So it's looks like the police did some homework on this dude. Possibly some leaked information. Honestly, once you associate with them, s.k brothers, your life salty

    @Bullsh****, it is possible for him to be charge for murder. At one point all three people was in prison together, they could have conspired for those that was released to commit the murder, so as long as the crime of murder was complete, it is no more conspiracy so all three of them will then be charge jointly for murder. Then hell brake loose to hear who will take the blame for the crime
