Khori T. Prince back in lock down; charged with Mi Amor Jewellery Burglary
Prior to his escape, Prince had been charged with burglary in relation to the Mi Amor break-in on Main Street in late December 2018. He will face additional charges in relation to his escape according to police spokeswomen Diane L. Drayton.
Who is accountable?
Commissioner of Police, Michael B. Matthews noted that while his escape was "unfortunate," his initial arrest and subsequent, "recapture was as a result of excellent teamwork by his officers" in a press release issued late Wednesday, January 30, 2019.
It is unclear who will be held accountable for his escape while in police control, however, the police press release avoided that topic.
Mr Prince will appear in Magistrate’s Court at its next available sitting.
