CANE GARDEN BAY, Tortola, VI- The recipient of the 23rd Ivan Dawson Memorial Scholarship is 11-year-old Jonathan Industrious.
Jonathan is the son of Keila lndustrious and Chandi Singh of Cane Garden Bay.
The scholarship recipient plans to become a chef and an artist.
The Ivan Dawson Memorial Scholarship is in memory of the late legislator Hon Ivan Dawson CBE who on his passing requested that, in lieu of flowers, a scholarship be given to the top academic student of the Ivan Dawson Primary School and funds be raised to give it annually.
