Look how fast and cheap this building had been done that to house three different uniform organizations but the rocket proof DDM building can't get close to finishing yet and it cost close to or more than 3 X times this law enforcement building. We can only wonder who had the hand in giving out this contract to a chicken coop builder and now government monies and time is lost and the hurricane season is apon us soon. So next HOA meeting we the ppl of BVI want to hear of the progress of this DDA bunker or dungeon that being build and cant finish

this exposed building survives the next Category 5+ hurricane eye that passes over the BVI in the next few years. The previous building did not.

will the people ever hear how the law enforcement agent actually died. Yes, the Agent who ran into the seawater off the public road. See how far the public road is to where the car ended up in sea water

Wow, what big people. Harrass and arrest more boaters and steal whatever they have with them, even money.
Not talking about drug smuggling type stuff. Talking about piracy on the high seas. I remember my visit to Jost Van Dyke years ago before I moved to the BVI.They swarmed on this poor local guy on his boat tied up at east end of Jost. They found the evidence! He had a lobster. If I were operating a boat near the BVI I would have military grade weapons on board to protect me from the BVI gestapo. No one should go to the BVI unless they like being
    robbed by police.
