Jealous man allegedly attacks ex lover @ restaurant on Beef Island
Jermain Stoutt of Maya Cove, Tortola, according to reports reaching our newsroom, was subsequently charged by police.
The woman he attacked is said to be his ex lover and she was reportedly dining with a male companion at the time of the incident.
Allegations
Patrons related to our newsroom that the accused showed up at the restaurant and bar and started using obscene language and hurled insulting remarks at the female.
He is also accused of grabbing the woman, biting her on the shoulder and pulling her hair.
The person the woman was dining with reportedly intervened and proceeded to leave the restaurant with the woman.
As the female entered her vehicle; however, it is alleged that the accused attacked the woman once again and reportedly attempted to drag her out of her vehicle.
The matter was reported to police and the accused was charged.
