Islanders & Wolues among teams in BVIFA National League action today

VALLEY, Virgin Gorda, VI- As the BVI Football Association (BVIFA) National League nears the Christmas break, three games will be contested today, December 8, 2019 at two venues.
Old Madrid FC and Panthers FC face off from 4:00pm at East End in the first game of the day.
Over on Virgin Gorda, at the VG Recreation Ground, bottom of the table team FC Sea Argo come up against Islanders FC in a ‘David versus Goliath’ clash, with Sea Argo hoping the game goes in favour of ‘David’.
That game will get underway at 6:00pm.
The final clash will be between league leaders One Caribbean and Woules from 8:00pm.
Wolues will be hoping to make amends for their shock defeat to VG United Sunday last.
Another three games will be played next Sunday, December 15, 2019 before the league takes a break and resumes on January 5, 2020.
