SEA COWS BAY, Tortola, VI: Third District Representative Hon Julian Fraser RA placed a number of topics on the table on Wednesday September 19, 2018 at the Valerie O. Thomas Community Centre in Sea Cows Bay during a public meeting.

Hon Fraser, the veteran politician who was first elected in 1999, discussed issues such as the water situation in District Three, lack of proper lighting in the District and the state of the harbor. The Recover and Development Board,  which residents dubbed an alternative Government, as well as bad roads came up for discussion.

Hon Fraser warned that the current National Democratic Party (NDP) regime has not been “accountable to the people” and what they tell the public cannot be relied on as truth.

Do Not Drink if it says NDP

Many residents in attendance also spoke out against the government of the day mainly about the state of the country following the hurricanes of 2017, the recovery efforts and the lack of transparency. Veteran teacher, youth leader, taxi professional and sports coach Mr. Milton C. McLean told the audience that “the NDP has failed the country and we must not vote for any of them, not one”.  He further stated, that, “if you see a drink name NDP do not drink it,” to loud applause from residents present.

Hon Fraser also took a jab at the United Kingdom appointed Governor  Agustus J. U. Jaspert for "not doing his job" where civil servants are announced  by both parties running for office and is still on the job and sitting on Statutory Boards.

There were approximately 30 persons at the public meeting which was rescheduled from last week as a result of bad weather conditions.

Fraser is soooooo thirsty to be the next Premier, if he wasn't so cocky and arrogant he might have been in a better position. One thing I know is Fraser will not be Premier of the BVI. Myron will be the next Premier.

It is too late for the District three Representative to come to the people to plea for sympathy. He has to be very careful that he does not loose his seat in the House of Assembly. Mr. Fraser has served his District for almost twenty years and he was about his ego. It is about time that he reflect within himself and see where he went wrong. He needs to stop and listen to other persons and chart a new course.

Does he poses the qualities to be to be Premier? My humble opinion is no. He should stop wasting his time and humble himself. As is written in the bible "when a fool remains quiet he is considered to be wise".

Fraser is not qualified to run the local animal shelter. He thinks that if Andrew win the Premier's seat, he will put him in a cushy position.

Until Mr.Frasar realize his arrogance got him where he is today, he would stop preaching. We don't want a divided district ! He can't seem to get along with people he worked with for donkey years! What is he going to do when he get Premier? Older heads of the 3rd Frasar time expired! He a SUNFLOWER what's that?
