EAST END, Tortola, VI- The streets of East End were taken over by revellers when the Rise and Shine for the Virgin Islands 70th Emancipation Festival was held on August 7, 2024.
The route was from Long Swamp in East End to Long Bay Beach on Beef Island.
The hundreds of gyrating participants were hyped throughout the route by VIBE and Pumpa.

I hope none of my ms bvi pageant contestants are in this mess
Saw a groups of Boyz fighting on the bridge instead of enjoying them self. But I expect that from this sort of crowd wild and lacking self respect.
