EAST END, Tortola, VI- The streets of East End were taken over by revellers when the Rise and Shine for the Virgin Islands 70th Emancipation Festival was held on August 7, 2024.

The route was from Long Swamp in East End to Long Bay Beach on Beef Island.

The hundreds of gyrating participants were hyped throughout the route by VIBE and Pumpa.
