Hon Fraser League heats up with playoff action today, Oct 25

DUFFS BOTTOM, Tortola, VI- Action in the Hon Julian Fraser Save the Seed National Basketball League heats up from this evening, October 25, 2019, when the playoff round commences at the Save the Seed Energy Centre in Duffs Bottom on Tortola.

Three games will be contested, with Number 2 ranked team Skillful Ballers facing Number 7 ranked team DA 3RD from 6:30pm.

Number 4 ranked team Splash Brothers will then face Number 5 ranked team, 79 from 8:00pm.

Number 3 ranked team Momentum will then clash with Number 6 ranked team Sr Bayside Blazers from 9:30pm.

Meanwhile, Number 1 ranked team Pure Playaz, defeated only once in the regular season, get into action on Saturday, October 26, 2019 against Number 8 ranked team Medics.

Teams will be battling each other in a best of 3 series.

With 8 teams qualifying for the playoffs, there was no room for Young Empire and Nex, who both lost 8 of their 9 games played.

In the Junior Division, the four teams advancing to the playoffs are Willful Skillful, Young Stars, Junior Bayside Blazers and Shooting Stars.

Eliminated are top Guns and High Speed.
