Dr. Dawson gave these statements yesterday August 30, 2012 at the Video Conference Room on the college campus.

Giving brief comparisons with the enrollment total for the last three years, this showed the amount of females that enrol into the institution are always significantly higher than the amount of males. 

“Interesting to note, because as you would see, we share the summary of 2010, 2011, the males are slowly increasing and this is defiantly a positive move that we are very thrilled about; but we believe that the number of males, when compared to the number of females that register, needs urgent attention, and we will try our best to address the situation.” 

In an enrollment summary report provided by the college, 624 females enrolled this year (2012) while only 333 males enrolled into the institution. 

The summary report also provided the statistics for the year 2011 and 2010, where 615 females to 325 males enrolled last year and 655 females to 312 males enrolled in 2010.
