FISH BAY, Tortola, VI - Ms Karema S. Caines has defied the odds of the worldwide economic challenges to fulfill one of her dreams for expanding her business and today she stands as one of yet another successful budding entrepreneur in the Virgin Islands.

“This has always been my vision. When I thought about opening my store I did not want it to be a store where when you open and walk in, things are clumpy. I wanted to be a store when you walk in it’s a wow factor,” she told this news site at the opening of her store ‘Head to Toe’.

The store with an array of accessories for both men and women is now the newsiest in Fish Bay. Scores of customers rushed the store last evening May 30, 2014 not only to take a glimpse of what’s on offer but were delving into their purses and wallets to grab some of the latest and most unique accessories.

“The pieces are boutique type style of accessories outlet and I could not have done it without the assistance of a close friend Ms Zoey McMillan. She had a lot with putting my vision into life,” she said.

Ms Caines started her business some two years ago when she had taken up a spot at cable TV. “It was in the parking lot, I use to be there every single Saturday.” It was there she had used to build her clientele and attract her customers.

“So it’s not like am just coming out. Persons have known about Head to Toe and if they didn’t know before then they know now,” said a satisfied Ms Caines.

One of the things she said has made her business very unique and a store that stands out from others is that her accessories cater for the fashion flavours of both men and women. While there are necklaces, pocket books, purses, earring, sun glasses just to name a few for women there is an equal assortment of in-fashion hats, ties, sun glasses, wallets and much more for the men folk.

The store was opened with a simple yet impressive ceremony, blessed with prayers and well wishes by supporters.
