The FSC said the entity has never been licensed or regulated by the FSC to carry out any type of financial services business, investment business, virtual assets activity, or any other financial services business in or from within the Territory

“The website (https://stablegrowthcapital.com) is displaying a forged investment business licence and certificate of incorporation and is falsely purporting to be licensed by the FSC for dealing in Investments and Arranging Deals in investments as entities licensed and regulated by the FSC. Based on the review of the website, the Entity is also engaging in virtual assets activities,” the public notice explained.

The FSC advised the public to exercise caution if solicited at any time and to avoid conducting any business with https://stablegrowthcapital.com.

The FSC also asked the public to provide them with any relevant information on any questionable entities which are purportedly operating in or from within the Territory, and on any improper activities engaged in by such entities.
