EAST END, Tortola, VI- Local herbalist Roy W. Penn, who claimed to have created an effective remedy for COVID-19 back in 2020, is making an urgent appeal to the government of the Virgin Islands (VI) to initiate testing of local seafood for ‘Forever Chemicals” which he said could be having a huge impact on the health of the population.
